All orders are typically fulfilled within 3-7 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you will immediately receive a notification to the email address provided. Please understand that once we ship your package, the exact delivery time is out of our direct control. If you have any issues with your order during transit, please first contact the carrier as noted in your tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of or products and the potential risk for tampering, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a product arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will gladly send a replacement once photographic proof of damage has been received.
